产品背景介绍：Nociceptin receptor Receptor for the neuropeptide nocipeptin/orphanin FQ. Has a potential role in modulating a number of brain functions, including instinctive behaviors and emotions. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which inhibits adenylyl cyclase[subcellular location] integral membrane protein. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.Function : Receptor for the neuropeptide nociceptin/orphanin FQ. Has a potential role in modulating a number of brain functions, including instinctive behaviors and emotions. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which inhibits adenylyl cyclase.Subcellular Location : Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.Tissue Specificity : In the brain, isoform KOR3 and isoform KOR3C are most abundant in hypothalamus and periaqueductal gray. Isoform KOR3A is highly expressed in cortex, striatum and brainstem.
