Stemgent® Reprogramming Lentivirus Set: Human OKSM

The Stemgent^® Reprogramming Lentivirus Set: Human OKSM includes hOct4, hKlf4, hSox2, and hc-Myc as prepackaged lentivirus particles for reprogramming human fibroblast cells. These VSV-G pseudotyped viruses are capable of infecting both dividing and non-dividing cells. The expression of the four factors has been shown to direct a variety of differentiated cells into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells with embryonic stem (ES) cell-like properties.
