Stemgent® Dox Inducible Reprogramming Lentivirus: Human c-Myc

Stemgent^® Dox Inducible Reprogramming Lentivirus: Human c-Myc is provided as prepackaged lentivirus particles for inducible reprogramming of human fibroblast cells. This VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus is capable of infecting both dividing and non-dividing cells. Under the control of the doxycycline (Dox)-inducible tetO operator and in the presence of the reverse tetracycline transcriptional activator (rtTA) and doxycycline, induced expression of hSox2, hOct4, hc-Myc, and hKlf4 has been shown to direct a variety of differentiated cells into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells with embryonic stem (ES) cell-like properties.
