仪器简介
   ABI Prism 3730XL型测序仪是基于ABI公司成熟的毛细管电泳分离技术及高灵敏度的激光诱导荧光技术研发而成，同时配合全面的软件包为用户提供更多的灵活性，更高程度的自动化以及更可靠的分析指标。3730可同时分析96个样品，仅需安装好毛细管、注射器，并将装有预处理好样品的样品板放置于自动进样器上便可运行，该仪器采用4色荧光同时检测，可连续24小时运行，自动灌胶，上样，电泳分离，检测及数据分析。该仪器除了完成新基因测序工作或比较测序工作外还可进行多种片段分析，包括微卫星 DNA 分析，比较基因型分析，单核苷酸多态性 (SNP) 研究等。
仪器特点
1、自动化程度高
   3730提供连续、无需监控的操作，自动灌胶、上样、电泳分离、检测及数据分析，可连续运行24小时无需人工干预。
2、工厂化的高产率
   3730是产率较高的DNA测序仪，一次电泳测定96个样品，一天可跑12次测序电泳，因此每天的测序产率是1152个样品。
3、先进的光路设计　
   改进的光路设计保证了极高的信噪比，并使各毛细管间的信号强度更均匀一致。这种新的光路设计加上新型优化的分离胶使得基因序列分析的读长大大增加，同时各色荧光的强度更加均匀一致，基因分型的效果更好，并与基因分型样品制备过程一体化。
4、测序长度长　　
   由于Applied Biosystems公司测序试剂盒以及测序软件的不断发展，毛细管电泳的测序长度又有了新的突破，3730的平均测序长度已达800bp。
