产品描述人维生素D结合蛋白(HDBP)又被称为Gcglobulin,是由肝脏合成的一种丰富的、多功能的并且具有高度多态性的血清糖蛋白1。DBP是维生素D固醇类物质的主要血清转运蛋白2,高亲和力的结合并隔绝肌动蛋白单体3,4,存在于多种细胞的细胞膜上,包括B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞和胎盘的细胞滋养细胞。
DPB是一种分泌蛋白质,因此推测其具有一个信号序列。通过对cDNA和hDBP的氨基末端多肽进行序列比对,预测建立了成熟血清蛋白氨基末端的模型8。
