关于ASGPR1:
Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1 (ASGPR1) is an endo*(代"c")ytic recycling receptor, belongs to the long-form subfamily of the C-type/Ca2+-dependent lectin family. ASGPR consists of two noncovalently-linked subnits, ASGPR1 and ASGPR2. ASGPR1 mediates the endo*(代"c")ytosis of plasma glycoproteins, recognizes terminal galactose and N-acetylgalactosamine units. When the ligand binds to to ASGPR1, results in the complex is internalized and transported to a sorting organelle, then ASGPR1 and ligand can be disassociated, ASGPR1 returns to the cell membrane surface.

Mouse Signal Regulatory Protein α (SIRPα) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein.It contains two Ig-like C1-type domains and one Ig-like V-type domain. Mouse SIRP alpha ECD shares 61%, 75%, 62%, 61%, and 59% aa sequence identity with human, rat, equine, bovine, and porcine SIRP alpha, respectively.SIRPα can express in various tissues, mainly on brain and myeloid cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic and Langerhans cells. It also can detect in neurons, smooth muscle and endothelial cells. SIRPA is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. SIRPα acts as do*(代"c")king protein and induces translocation of PTPN6, PTPN11 and other binding partners from the cytosol to the plasma membrane. SIRPα shows adhesion of cerebellar neurons, neurite outgrowth and glial cell attachment. SIRPα engagement generally produces a negative regulatory signal; it may mediate negative regulation of phagocytosis, mast cell activation and dendritic cell activation

β-Defensin 1 (DEFB1) is a member of the β-defensin family, which is highly expressed by epithelial cells. β-defensins are expressed as the C-terminal portion of precursors and are released by proteolytic cleavage of a signal peptide. β-defensins contain a six-cysteine motif that forms three intra-molecular disulfide bonds. β-defensin 1 is an antimicrobial peptide implicated in the resistance of epithelial surfaces to microbial colonization. Defects in β-Defensin-1 contribute to asthma diagnosis, with apparent gender-specific effects in human. β-defensin 1 may also play a role in the pathogenesis of severe sepsis. In addition, β-defensin 1 is associated with induction profiles in gingival keratinocytes.

关于SDC4:
Mouse SDC4 is a ubiquitous transmembrane proteoglycan which belongs to the syndecan proteoglycan family. SDC4 is a cell surface proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate. The four vertebrate syndecans, Syndecan-1 through -4, have similar short cytoplasmic domains and extracellular portions that diverge, except for HS attachment sites. Structurally diverse side chains add considerably to the size of the core proteins and serve as binding sites for growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins. Syndecans are present as homodimers or multimers, and are often expressed in developmental and cell type-specific patterns. It is expressed highly in liver, kidney and lung. SDC4 localizes to the focal adhesions of adherent cells and binds to a range of extracellular ligands, including growth factors and extracellular-matrix proteins. Through its extracellular domain, syndecan-4 cooperates with adhesion molecules and binds matrix components relevant for cell migration. As a heparan sulfate proteoglycan, SDC4 works as a coreceptor for various growth factors. Syn4 deficiency limits neointimal formation after vascular injury by regulating vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) proliferation and vascular progenitor cells (VPCs) mobilization. SDC4 have an array of functions including regulating cell growth, differentiation, and adhesion.
