Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal Phospho-Threonine antibody (anti-pT), was developed using phosphothreonine-KLH conjugates and phosvitin mixture as immunogen. The phosphothreonine specific antibody was affinity purified with phoshothreonine immobilized on agarose.

Detection of a phosphorylated protein kinase with Anti-phosphothreonine (ICP9807):

Primary Ab: Anti-phophothreonine (ICP9807), 1 ug/mL in 1%BSA TBSt:

Incubation time: 120 min at room temperature

Secondary: anti-rabbit IgG HRP, 0.25 ug/mL in 1%BSA TBSt.

Incubation time: 60 min at room temperature

Lane1-2: Kinase untreated

Lane 3-4: kinase treated with phosphatase PP1G

Western blot analysis of mouse extract spleen with ICP9807

A: Extract of spleen from mouse treated with sodium vanadate

B: Extract of spleen from control mouse
