PeproTech细胞因子中不含载体蛋白（Carrier Protein）或其他添加剂（如BSA、HAS或蔗糖

等），并且通常以Z少量的盐来进行冻干处理，因此微量的细胞因子在冻干过程中会沉积于管

内，形成很薄或不可见的蛋白层。所以我们建议在收到产品后，务必在开盖前先离心，使粘在

管盖或管壁上的蛋白聚集于管底（此时能否见到白色沉淀均属正常现象）。

1．标本采集后尽早进行提取，提取按相关文献进行，提取后应尽快进行实验。若不能马上进行试验，可将标本放于-20℃保存，但应避免反复冻融。
2．不能检测含NaN3的样品，因NaN3YZ辣根过氧化物酶的（HRP）活性。
