2.X线检查X线腹平片影像表现为：①梗阻多发生于小肠低位，且以不完全性梗阻为多。②立位腹片有时在液平面上方可见波浪状或粗颗粒状不平整，密度不均匀影，呈典型“驼峰”征。③大部分病人的腹片上可见各种虫体姿态，或成索条状排列，或蜷曲成团见到大小相似粗颗粒状虫体断面影，形态不断变化。虫体5～6mm粗，如虫体吞气可见虫体内有线形或点状气影如虫体吞钡，待病人肠内钡排尽后，则可见许多线形或点状钡影。④虫团在肠管内也可引起痉挛，蠕动紊乱导致肠扭转，甚至发展至绞窄、坏死。⑤嵌顿在回盲瓣内的蛔虫，由于回盲瓣痉挛，蛔虫难以通过，临床表现剧烈痉挛痛，X线下可见成束蛔虫被嵌于回盲瓣。⑥如肠坏死穿孔可在周围气腹或脓肿气腔内见到蜷曲蛔虫影。3.B超检查声像显示：①梗阻以上肠管扩张，管腔增宽，腔内液体、气体积存，多个完全充以液体的扩张肠管形成多囊样表现，液体在肠管内流动，反流活跃。严重梗阻者肠间隙有液体渗出。②肠管内可见蛔虫影像，单条蛔虫呈条带状强回声可见其在管腔中活动，多条蛔虫常聚合成团利用B超诊断肠梗阻，可由不同的声影得到辨认，如能与X线检查互补则效果更加理想。
