【流感嗜血杆菌相关知识】
流感嗜血杆菌分类为两类,即荚膜菌株及没有荚膜的菌株。虽然已知荚膜类的乙型流感嗜血杆菌(或是b型流感嗜血杆菌,简称HiB)是毒性的主因之一,但感染流感嗜血杆菌的病因却仍未完全清楚。它们的荚膜能帮助它们抵抗在没有免疫的寄主体内的吞噬作用及不触发补体介导的裂解。没有荚膜的菌株则较少侵略性,但它们能诱发炎症而产生其他病症,如会厌炎。
