YZ性T细 胞（Suppressor T cells,Ts），具有YZ细胞免疫及体液免疫 的功能；效应T细胞（Effector T cells,Te），具有释放淋巴因 子的功能；细胞毒性T细胞（Cytotoxic T cells,Tc），具有杀 伤靶细胞的功能；迟发性反应T细胞（Delayed type  hypersensitivityT cells,Td），有参与Ⅳ型反应的作用；放大 T细胞（Ta），可作用于Th和Ts，有扩大免疫效果的作用；原始的 或天然T细胞（Virgin or Natural T cells），他们和抗原接触 后分化成效应T细胞和记忆T细胞；记忆T细胞（Memory T  cell,Tm），有记忆特异性抗原激的作用。T细胞在体内存活的时 间可数月至数年。其记忆细胞存活的时间则更长。其中，Th细胞 又被称为CD4+细胞，因为其在表面表达CD4(cluster of  differentiation 4）。通过与MHCⅡ（主要组织相容性复合体， major histocompatibility complex）递呈的多肽抗原反应被 激活。MHCⅡ在抗原递呈细胞（antigen presenting  cells,APCs）表面表达。一旦激活，可以分泌细胞因子，调节或 者协助免疫反应。Tc细胞又名为CD8+细胞，其表面表达CD8.这类 细胞可以通过MHCI 与抗原直接结合。流式细胞分析仪FCM根据淋 巴细胞表面标志的不同来检测各淋巴细胞亚：淋巴细胞主要包括T 淋巴细胞（CD3+），B淋巴细胞（CD19+）
