我国IgA的发病率占原发性肾小球疾病的 26%~34%。男女之比大约是2:1。以血尿为主的IgA目前尚无 的ZL。由于本病的病理类型及肾小球受损程度的差异较大。因 此,应严密观察患者肉眼血尿发作的频率、蛋白尿的程度、有无 高血压及肾功能受损程度,而分别采取相应的FZ措施。肾小球 是一团球形的毛细血管网。入球小动脉自血管极进入肾小,分为5 ~8支,继而分成许多袢状毛细血管。这些毛细血管盘绕成5~8个 毛细血管小叶或节段(Segment),小叶内的毛细血管之间有系膜组 织相连接,毛细血管之间的吻合支很少。每个小叶的毛细血管再 依次集中为较大的血管,然后再与其他小叶的小血管汇合为出球 小动脉,从血管极离开肾小球肾小球毛细血管与身体其他部位毛 细血管相比,有两大特点:①肾小球入球小动脉平直,短而粗, 出球小动脉屈曲,细而长,从而使肾小球毛细血管的内压力较一 般毛细血管高出2~3倍,这一特点在肾皮质肾单位尤为明显,这 种结构显然有利于肾小球毛细血管的滤过作用和原尿生成;另一 方面也容易使血流中的一些特殊物质(免疫复合物、大分子物质, 血细胞等)在毛细血管壁沉积而导致损伤。

The capillary of each lobule is in turn concentrated into a larger blood vessel, and then merges with the small blood vessels of the other lobule into the exiting arterioles, leaving the glomerular capillaries from the vascular poles to be compared with the capillaries in other parts of the body There are two main characteristics: 1 The glomerular arterioles are straight, short and thick, and the arterioles are flexed, fine and long, so that the internal pressure of the glomerular capillaries is 2 to 3 higher than that of the common capillaries. Times, this feature is particularly evident in renal cortical nephron, this structure is clearly conducive to the filtration of glomerular capillaries and the formation of the original urine; on the other hand, it is also easy to make some special substances in the blood flow (immune complexes , macromolecules, blood cells, etc.) are deposited on the capillary walls and cause damage.
