【预期用途】
尼古丁存在于烟草属植物的叶中,是一种能使人上瘾的碱性化学物质。它是通过香yan吸入或者嚼用烟草摄入。尼古丁被肝脏代谢分解成20多种化合物,经肾脏排泄入尿。吸烟者和二手烟吸入者体内的尼古丁及其初级代谢产物可替宁的浓度都会升高。使用尼古丁替代物诸如尼古丁片剂或者锭剂,其检测水平也会上升。大剂量的尼古丁具有毒性。
可替宁是尼古丁的主要代谢产物,通常被选择作为对烟草吸食或二手烟暴露进行评估的检测对象,因为它很稳定而且仅产生于尼古丁代谢时。可替宁在体内的半衰期为7-40个小时,而尼古丁的半衰期为1-4个小时。血样和/或尿样可替宁检测要和尼古丁同步检测。某些情况下,尼古丁的其他代谢产物,诸如尼古丁-1-氮氧化合物,反式-3-羟基可替宁,去甲烟碱,或者其它烟草化学物质,例如尿样中的毒藜碱,同样能够被检测到。尼古丁和可替宁的检测还应用于怀疑尼古丁中毒时。急性尼古丁过量,例如儿童误食尼古丁锭剂或咀嚼胶,虽然相对少见但需要紧急的医学处理。其症状包括口腔烧灼感、恶心、腹痛、流涎、腹泻、多汗、意识错乱、眩晕、兴奋、心率增快、呼吸急促或困难、癫痫、昏迷甚至死亡。
本品采用竞争YZ法和胶体金免疫层析技术,用于定性检测人体尿液中的代谢物苯甲酰爱康宁,适用于药物滥用的初步筛查。
