Stemgent® StainAlive™ DyLight™ 488 Mouse IgM, κ Isotype Control Antibody

The Stemgent® StainAlive™ Dylight™ 488 Mouse IgM, κ Isotype Control Antibody is used as a negative control antibody for staining stem cells in culture. This antibody was screened by fluorescent staining and real-time imaging on live, unfixed mouse and human embryonic stem (ES) cells to ensure the best quality. For use on live cells, this antibody has been specifically formulated with low endotoxin and no sodium azide and is confirmed to be free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma and mouse virus as tested. The live ES cell morphology, proliferation and expression of pluripotency markers did not change after staining with this antibody.
