猪流感:猪流行性感冒是由猪流感病毒引起的一种呼吸道传染病。临床特征为突然发病,迅速蔓延全群。该病毒主要存在于病猪的呼吸道分泌物中,排出后污染环境、饲饮用具等。病猪、飞沫、空气、老鼠、蚊蝇等都是此病的传播途径。猪流行性感冒发生之初,病猪食欲减 退或不食,眼结膜潮红,从鼻中流出粘性分泌物,体温迅速升高至40.5℃~42.5℃,精神萎靡,咳嗽,呼吸和心跳次数增加,Z后严重气喘, 呈腹式或犬坐式呼吸。大便干硬发展至便秘,小便短少呈黄色,四肢乏力,不愿活动。
其症状与普通感冒相似,病猪体温高达40℃以上,有时高达42℃。眼鼻常流出黏性分泌物,鼻汁有时带有血色,常呼吸急促,呈明显的腹式呼吸,夹杂有间断性咳嗽,少食或不食,粪便干硬,也常见肌肉和关节疼痛,喜卧,多头猪挤在一起。猪流感的特点是来势突然,大群发生,症状较重,但病程短,多数猪在一个星期之内恢复,少数猪发生继发性感染,出现大叶性出血性肺炎或肠炎而致死。解剖病死猪,发现病变以呼吸器官为主,可见上呼吸道(鼻、喉、气管、支气管)黏膜出血,有大量泡沫状液体,或杂有血液。在肺的心叶、尖叶和中间叶出现鲜牛肉状病变,呈紫红色,多呈不规则的对称。肺病区膨胀不全,塌陷,周围肺组织发生气肿(外观呈苍白色)。肺门、纵膈淋巴结水肿,充血。
